Good afternooon Jeff.
I'm writing today to commend your staff. They arrived this morning to add insulation to my attic, as we had discussed earlier. Much to my surprise, they pointed out to me that we have 2 layers of R-31 fibreglass in the attic, and that this exceeds the current building code which calls for R-40.
I must say that I was very impressed with your guys ....... they also pointed out that the vents which run on the inside of the roof are in place and that they are not obstructed. The fellows also noted that additional insulation was unlikely to provide a substantial energy savings, and that I don't really need more insulation.
I want to mention that you insulated my mom's attic and she gave a glowing recommendation for you and your guys.
Having a crew of installers who are straight and honest enough to tell you that you don't need to spend money on their services - well that's awesome and that's also the best recommendation anyone can get. I am impressed!
I will gladly recommend you and your guys to my friends, family and business associates alike!
